2. Service description

Nikita is a SaaS platform that provides creative strategy intelligence for Meta Ads advertisers. The service includes:

Connection to Meta Business Manager (read-only)
Creative classification (Winners, Challengers, Losers)
Video analysis and pattern extraction
Strategic hypothesis generation
Creative brief generation
Learning Hub and continuous intelligence

3. Account and access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
You must be authorized to grant Nikita read-only access to the Meta Business Manager you connect

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed on the platform and may be updated at any time
Subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected
Payment is processed securely via our payment provider
All prices are in EUR, exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Meta Business Manager access

Nikita requires read-only access to your Meta Business Manager
We never create, modify, or delete any campaigns, ad sets, or ads
You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business Manager settings
Nikita is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Intellectual property

All content on heynikita.ai (texts, images, logos, icons, design, code) is the exclusive property of HEKLA LTD. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited. The analyses and briefs generated by Nikita based on your data are yours to use freely.

7. Your data

Your ad data, brand information, and generated intelligence belong to you. Nikita processes your data solely to deliver the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing you with creative intelligence. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Nikita properly, or if the product doesn't work as described, we'll refund you — no questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

9. Limitation of liability

Nikita provides creative intelligence based on your data. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, revenue increases, or cost reductions. The analyses and recommendations are data-driven suggestions — final creative and business decisions remain yours. HEKLA LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
